This website is an informational channel of Turistea Conmigo E.I.R.L. Tour, itinerary and price information is for reference and may vary by season, availability and number of passengers. Bookings are formalized after coordinating directly with our team via WhatsApp or email.

Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total; the final payment is made 5 to 7 days before the service starts. Prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and include only what is listed in the quote. The agency may adjust prices before confirmation due to changes in taxes, supplier rates or exchange rate; once paid and confirmed, the price does not change. This site does not process online payments.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations more than 30 days in advance: 70% refund (less administrative and bank fees).

• Between 20 and 30 days: 50% refund.

• Less than 20 days or no-show: no refund.

If the cancellation is the agency’s responsibility, the client receives a full refund or may reschedule at no cost. In cases of force majeure (strikes, weather, blockades or other events beyond the agency) rescheduling is offered.

Responsibilities

Turistea Conmigo acts as an intermediary between the client and suppliers (hotels, airlines, carriers, guides) and is not liable for delays, cancellations or incidents caused by third parties. The client must verify entry requirements (visas, permits, vaccines), keep to schedules and take care of their safety and belongings. Some tours require good physical condition. Travel insurance is recommended. These terms are governed by the laws of Peru; any dispute is resolved in the courts of Cusco.

In compliance with Law No. 29733 — Personal Data Protection Law, Turistea Conmigo E.I.R.L. processes the data you provide (name, ID, contact, travel and payment details) with your consent and solely to manage your booking, assist you and, if you authorize it, send you information about our services.

We keep your data only as long as necessary (client data up to 5 years after the last business relationship) and do not share it with third parties except the suppliers needed for your trip (hotels, transport, operators) or by legal obligation.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability by writing to privacidad@turisteaconmigo.com, attaching your ID. We use our own and third-party cookies to improve your browsing; you can configure them in your browser.

We use SSL encryption and restricted access to protect your information. This site is informational: it does not process online payments or store card data.
